  • Endpoint + payload (if possible)

Reporting Bugs
  1. Check the Status Page to see if it's a known incident.
  2. Search GitHub Issues or forum for similar reports.
  3. If new, open a ticket or email support with:
    • Request/response logs
    • Error message + request_id
    • Steps to reproduce
Security & Responsible Disclosure

Found a vulnerability? Email security@kaiko.ai.

  • Do not disclose publicly until Kaiko confirms resolution.
  • We follow coordinated disclosure practices and credit researchers who report responsibly.
Feedback & Feature Requests
  • Use the Community Forum or contact support.
  • Popular requests are tracked and may influence roadmap.
  • For enterprise partners, feature requests can be added to account reviews.
